Abstract

The authors of the article have disclosed the features of teacher training in the system of post-graduate education in the context of European integration policy of Ukraine. The roles, functions and responsibilities of teachers have changed in coditions of a rapid society development. The new professional profile of a teacher as a carrier of social and educational change is being formed. Thus the post-graduate education is to become anticipatory, prognostic oriented on the improvement of individual and professional status of teachers. The authors believe that the efforts of theorists and practitioners in the field of postgraduate education are to be focused on the development of innovative preconditions for teachers in secondary schools. One must take into account the synergistic methodology, developed under the philosophy of modern education
