| dc.description.abstract | Проведено аналіз клініко-генеалогічного анамнезу та частоту виявлення мутацій в гені BRCA1 у хворих на рак грудної залози та їх родичів у Чернівецькій області України. Проведені дослідження підтверджують необхідність спеціального медико-генетичного обстеження сімей з наявністю в родоводах хворих на рак різних локалізацій (рак тіла матки, рак яєчників, шлунка, шкіри) з метою покращення ранньої діагностики та профілактики раку.
