Одержання монокристалів та дослідження кристалічної структури талій (І) тіоіндату

Abstract

Дана робота присвячена розробці методів вирощування монокристалів талій (І) тіоіндату TlInS₂ та дослідженню його кристалічної структури.

The crystal growth conditions for directed crystallization of thallium (I) thioindate from the melt have been optimized. Based on the optimization results, the TlInS₂ yellowish single crystals of stoichiometric composition and with no cracks and other irregularities have been grown. The crystal structure of the ternary sulfide TlInS₂ has been determined and verified by using the Rietveld method and the bond valence model. It has been established that the compound TlInS₂ crystallizes in the monoclinic KInS₂ structural model: space group C2/c; lattice parameters a = 10.9626(8) Å, b = 10.8837(7) Å, c = 15.1865(10) Å, β = 100.667(4)°; Z = 16.
