Моніторинг діяльності місцевої влади в сфері європейської інтергації (на прикладі Сумської області)

Abstract

In the article was performed the analysis of execution of state’s activities in Sumy region regarding European integration. Monitoring was carried out during the period January – July 2009. The objects of monitoring are regional and local councils, regional and districts’ administrations, towns’ councils (towns of regional significance) and their executive bodies in Sumy region. Forms of research were: documental monitoring, observation of activities of local bodies of executive power, monitoring of local mass-media, survey among state employees, representatives of mass-media, public organizations representatives and residents of Sumy region.
