Abstract

У контексті розвитку та становлення цивільного законодавства досліджується питання визначення категорії «моральні засади суспільства». Акцентується увага на визначенні поняття «моральні засади суспільства» та необхідності його законодавчого тлумачення. Ключові слова: моральні засади суспільства, мораль, моральність, правові норми, звичай,традиція.

The article deals with the certain categories of «moral foundations of society» in the civil legislation of Ukraine. In the context of the development and formation of civil law explores definition of category «moral foundations of society.» Attention is accented on the definition of «moral foundations of society» and the necessity statutory interpretation.
