| dc.description | The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of the indicators of the incidence of AIDS and deaths from AIDS in 2009-2012, HIV-infected persons in the Zakarpattia region. The analysis of the main causes of the formation of these indicators in 2012 as high for the region of Zakarpattia region-the lowest level of the spread of HIV-infection in Ukraine. Determined that the main reasons of inaccessibility for full coverage on clinical examination of ill with AIDS and dying from AIDS people in 2012, the dispensary became the place of residence in connection with labour migration and low adherence of patients to obtain medical services. Provided suggestions on the development of measures to improve the situation with AIDS incidence and mortality from AIDS in the future. | dc.description.abstract | У статті представлено результати вивчення динаміки показників захворюваності на СНІД та смертності від СНІДу ВІЛ-інфікованих осіб у Закарпатській області у 2009−2012 роках. Проведено аналіз основних причин формування цих показників у 2012 році як високих для регіону найнижчого рівня поширення ВІЛ-інфекції в Україні. Визначено, що основними причинами недосяжності для охоплення повною диспансеризацією за- хворілих на СНІД та померлих від СНІДу осіб диспансерної групи у 2012 році стали відсутність їх по місцю постійного проживання у зв’язку з трудовою міграцією та низька прихильність пацієнтів до отримання медичних послуг. Сформовано пропозиції щодо розробки заходів покращення ситуації із захворюваністю на СНІД та смертністю від СНІДу в області у майбутньому.
