Клінічні показники ефективності лікування хворих на генералізований пародонтит на тлі системної антибіотикотерапії супутньої патології

Abstract

Розроблено патогенетично обґрунтоване комплексне лікування 102 хворих на генералізований пародонтит із супутньою патологією та антибіотикотерапія із включенням антисептика на основі лікарських трав («Стоматофіт») і пробіотика («Ентерожерміна»). Встановлено високу ефективність даного способу корекції: наближення індексу OHI-S до показника здорових осіб через 30 діб і збереження на відповідному рівні упродовж 180 діб; суттєве зменшення індексу РМА (р<0,05); глибини пародонтальної кишені і висоти епітеліального прикріплення в досліджених зубах (р<0,05); зменшення показників індексу CPITN, із наближенням до норми (р<0,05); міграції лейкоцитів і кількості їхніх нежиттєздатних форм та злущення епітеліоцитів (р<0,05). Запропонований спосіб лікування дозволив ефективніше стабілізувати стан пародонта, подовжити тривалість ремісії, зменшити кількості рецидивів до 85,30 % через 6 місяців і 71,97 % через 12 місяців. Pathogenetically justified complex of treatment, was proposed for 102 patients, diagnosed with generalized periodontitis on the basis of other somatic pathology and systemic antibiotic therapy. Provided correctional method of treatment, includes tincture of antiseptic herbs (an official pharmaceutical drug "Stomatofit") and probiotic (an official pharmaceutical drug "Enterozhermina") and shows high efficiency in the treatment results, proved by clinical data: approximation of OHI-S index to that of healthy individuals on a 30 day of treatment and continuous positive result till 180 day; significant reduction of PMA index (p<0,05); periodontal pocket depths and clinical attachment level, in the area of examined teeth, diagnosed with positives changes as well (p<0,05); the reduction of the CPITN index is also followed, clinical results of which became closer to those of healthy individuals (p<0,05); migration of leukocytes and the number of their unsustainable forms, as well as exfoliation of epithelial cells, moves in the same positive direction (p<0,05). The proposed method of complex treatment, allows to stabilize periodontal status and prolongates the duration of remission. The reduction of relapse, is up to 85,3% at 6-month examination period and 71,97% at 12-month examination period. Key words: chronic generalized periodontitis, comorbidity, treatment.
