Міжфірмова інтеграція підприємств АПК України – відповідь на виклики глобальних трендів

Abstract

Наукова праця присвячена проблематиці збереження та посилення конкурентоспроможності вітчизня- них суб’єктів АПК шляхом міжфірмової інтеграції. Автором розглянуто глобальні тренди виробництва та споживання сільськогосподарської продукції. Акцентовано увагу на сучасному розумінні створення ланцюжка вартості в сільському господарстві та ролі в ньому вертикально-горизонтальних інтеграційних процесів. Проаналізовано основні причини та мотиви створення моделі українських агрохолдингів. Окреслено подальші напрями та перспективи міжфірмової інтеграції підприємств АПК України на основі вертикальних інтегрованих структур. Ключові слова: агропромисловий комплекс, міжфірмова інтеграція, агрохолдинги, ланцюжок вартості, моделі вертикальної інтеграції.

Scientific paper is devoted to the problems of maintaining and strengthening the competitiveness of agribusiness entities through inter-firm integration. The author examines the global trends of production and consumption of agricultural products. The attention is focused on the current understanding of the creation of value chain in agriculture and the role of vertical-horizontal integration processes in it. The paper analyzes the main reasons and motives for the creation and the model of Ukrainian agricultural holdings. The research paper outlines would-be options, patterns and prospects for inter-firm integration of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine on the basis of vertical integrated structures.
