Інформаційне моделювання як один із ключових факторів інноваційного розвитку будівельного підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянуто актуальні питання, проблеми та виклики інноваційного розвитку будівельних підприємств. Технологічне оновлення будівельної галузі на основі інновацій необхідне для формування конкурентної переваги в стратегічній перспективі у зв’язку з посиленням глобальної конкуренції на ринку будівельних послуг. Впровадження в практику комп’ютерних методів інформаційного моделювання (Building Information Modeling) всіх ключових стадій будівельного процесу та інших передових IT-технологій значною мірою змінило обличчя галузі. Запропоновано застосування інформаційного моделювання як одного із ключових чинників сталого розвитку підприємств будівельної галузі. The article deals with current issues and challenges facing innovative development of building enterprise. Using of information modeling as one of the key factors of sustainable development of the construction enterprise is studied. Technological upgrade of the construction industry by using the innovation is necessary for the formation of strategic competitive advantage in the future due to the increase of global competition in the construction market, acceleration of innovation and technological development and reindustrialization of world economy. Technological innovation is associated with the application of new technologies in the building materials production, energy conservation and efficiency, salvation of environmental problems. Rapid implementation of Building Information Modeling of all key stages of the construction cycle and other advanced IT-technology have greatly changed the face of the industry.
