Інклюзивні інновації в контексті соціальної відповідальності підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто науково-методичні підходи до формування механізмів інклюзивних інновацій у контексті соціальної відповідальності підприємства. Проаналізовано іноземний досвід формування інклюзивної інноваційної політики, розглянуто фактори, які необхідно враховувати для того, щоб інноваційні системи були більш сприятливими для впровадження інклюзивних інновацій. Визначено, що модель інклюзивного розвитку є найбільш прийнятною для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності економіки і рівномірного підвищення добробуту всіх громадян. In this work there have been considered the scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of mechanisms of inclusive innovations in the context of the social responsibility of the enterprise. The foreign experience of forming an inclusive innovation policy has been analyzed, factors that need to be considered in order for innovation systems to be more favorable for the implementation of inclusive innovations are considered. It is determined that the model of inclusive development is the most acceptable for ensuring the competitiveness of the economy and uniform improvement of the well-being of all citizens.
