Abstract

Synthesis Of Lipids In Small Intestine Mucous Of Guinea-Pigs At Hypercholesterolemia In Vitro. — O. S. Pokotylo. — It is investigated synthesis of lipids in the small intestine mucous of guinea-pigs with hypercholesterolemia at use as the predecessor lipids [6-14С] glucose, [2-14С] lysine and [1-14С] palmitic acids. The inhibition of fatty acids synthesis, cholesterol and other classes lipids in vitro in the small intestine mucous of guinea-pigs is established at hypercholesterolemia by the usage as the lipids predecessor [6-14С] glucose and [2-14С] lysine. At using as lipids predecessor [1-14С] palmitic acids the inhibition of lipids synthesis in the small intestine mucous of guinea-pigs at hypercholesterolemia is absent.
