Одержання тонких плівок PbGa2S4 та дослідження їх властивостей

Abstract

The results on studying the development of technological principles of production of lead tiogalate films used as protective coatings for non-linear electro-optical KDP and DKDP single crystals are presented. It has been shown that, depending on the technological conditions of production, different formation of the condensate structure takes place. The refractive index dispersion of the PbGa2S4 films, the film-to-substrate adhesion and the dependence of the optical characteristics on the climatic factors have been investigated.
