Філософсько-методологічні засади організації освітньої підготовки майбутній фахівців соціономічних професій

Abstract

У статті зосереджено увагу на загальнонаукових засадах організації освітнього процесу майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. У процесі дослідження проаналізовано філософські, психолого-педагогічні та методологічні аспекти професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціономічних професій, які будуть реалізовувати соціальну політику. Обґрунтовано необхідність у формуванні готовності майбутніх фахівців до вирішення конфліктів як складової частини професійної підготовки. The article focuses on the general scientific principles of organizing the educational process of future specialists in social sphere. In the course of the research the philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodological aspects of the professional training of future specialists of socio-occupational professions have been analyzed. The need to improve significantly the professional training of students comes at the forefront. In the general scientific sense, education has a significant impact on all spheres of human life and becomes a catalyst for social mobility, a new socio-cultural technology. The educational process ensures the formation of a professional. From the methodological point of view, we consider professional training as a specific socio-cultural institute through which social and cultural experience is broadcasted. The theoretical basis for the professional education of future specialists of social sphere is the systematic training of the corresponding professional disciplines. During the performance of their professional duties, future specialists may be engaged in conflictual interaction with clients, their colleagues or partners. The future specialist should be able to provide qualified assistance in resolving the conflict, as a mediator (mediator). In this context, the necessity of forming the readiness of future specialists to resolve conflicts as an integral part of vocational training has been substantiated.
