Педагогічні стандарти формування професійної компетентності спортивних менеджерів: зарубіжний досвід

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід підготовки фахівців у сфері фізичної культури і спорту в розвинених країнах світу. З’ясовано загальні тенденції розвитку системи освіти, яка безпосередньо впливає на рівень підготовки спортивних менеджерів та їх професійну компетентність. Проаналізовано процес підготовлення студентів для професійної діяльності в галузі фізичної культури і спорту в країнах світу, які мають неабиякий досвід, традиції і здобутки саме у цій сфері. Встановлено прогресивні ідеї й особливості підготовки менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту в різних країнах, які можна запровадити для вітчизняної сфери фізичної культури і спорту. Ключові слова: спортивний менеджер, фізична культура і спорт, вищі навчальні заклади, зарубіжний досвід, професійна компетентність.

The article analyzes the foreign experience of training specialists in the field of physical culture and sports in foreign countries. The general tendencies of the education system development, which directly affects the level of training of sports managers and their professional competence, are found out. It was investigated that the main tendencies characterizing the development of the world system of professional education of sports managers are determined by a combination of three processes - professionalization, modernization and internationalization of education. An important way of modernizing education in many countries today is to update the content of education and technology teaching, aligning it with the modern needs, namely, the orientation of the curriculum to a competent approach. It has been established that professional competence of a specialist in the field of physical education and sports is considered as a professional personality characteristic, which is integrated into the programs of educational institutions, which help to provide an effective level of their professional activity and reflect the level of formation of the future sports manager.
