| dc.description | The paper analyses the peculiarities of the implementation of the elections for all bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government. Determined that the common basis of electoral rights of citizens in the countries for the elections is a national constitutions, statutes, territories, regions, Federal cities, and cities which have a special status of the Autonomous region and Autonomous districts. The measures of the constitutional and legal liability enforcement regulations of the electoral legislation and applicable to participants of the election process in the election. Conclusion more detailed regulation of the electoral law and its codification at the state level. | dc.description.abstract | У роботі аналізуються особливості виборів до всіх органів державної влади й органів місцевого самоврядуван- ня. Визначено, що загальною основою виборчих прав громадян у країнах світу на виборах є конституції держав, статути країв, областей, міст федерального значення та міст, які мають спеціальний статус, автономної області й автономних округів. Розглянуто заходи конституційно-правової відповідальності, передбачені охоронними норма- ми виборчого законодавства та застосовні до учасників виборчого процесу на виборах. Зроблено висновок про більш детальне регулювання виборчого права і його кодифікацію на державному рівні. Ключові слова: державний службовець, муніципальний службовець, виборче право, підсумки голосування, охорона виборчих прав громадян, порушник виборчих прав. | uk |
