Experimental animals were injected with opioid narcotic analgesic nalbuphine intramuscularly daily 1 time per day for 7 and 14 days. Experimental animals are divided into 3 groups. Consequently, with the action of the opioid nalbuphine within two weeks in the thymus, the thickness of the capsule increases, the relative area of the cortical substance in the lobules increases, and in the medullar substance decreases, the area of media artery of the middle caliber increases, the area of their lumen increases, lumen of the veins and venules increases, they become full-blooded; the averaged outer diameter of blood capillaries increases in the cortical and medullar substances. These changes indicate the body's response to the administration of a narcotic analgesic nalbuphine.uk
