Правові та зовнішньополітичні засади національної безпеки України: актуальні аспекти

Abstract

Стаття присвячена зовнішньополітичним аспектам національної безпеки України. Проаналізовано вплив глобалізації на процеси, що відбуваються, та місце і роль України в геополітичному просторі. Визначено особливості сучасного стану національної безпеки в руслі нормативно-правових актів 2015-2018 рр. та завдання щодо вдосконалення моделі національної безпеки України. У висновках наведено конкретні пропозиції, впровадження яких сприятиме роботі з розбудови сфери національної безпеки в умовах анексії Криму і тимчасово окупованих територій на Сході України.

The article is devoted to foreign policy aspects of national security of Ukraine. The influences of globalization on the processes that are taking place, the place and role of Ukraine in the geopolitical space are analyzed. The peculiarities of the current state of national security in accordance with the normative-legal acts of 2015-2018 and the task of improving the national security model of Ukraine are determined. The conclusions provide concrete proposals, the introduction of which will contribute to the development of the national security sphere in the conditions of annexation of the Crimea and temporarily occupied territories in the East of Ukraine.
