Фінансування розвитку галузей соціальної інфраструктури села

Abstract

У межах статті проаналізовано основні джерела фінансування галузей соціальної інфраструктури, що на сьогодні можна виділити, аналізуючи особливості функціонування та розвитку економіки. Джерелами фінансування соціальної розбудови села є асигнування державного і місцевих бюджетів, позабюджетних та спеціальних фондів, влас- ні нагромадження підприємств, організацій і громадян, кредитні ресурси, кошти від приватизації майна, благодійних фондів тощо. Важливим важелем економічного впливу суб’єктів господарювання і держави на розвиток соціально-еко- номічних процесів в аграрному секторі є інвестиційна діяльність. Головною метою реформування соціальної інфраструк- тури на місцевому рівні є збереження й забезпечення ефективного функціонування і подальшого розвитку сфери послуг для задоволення соціально-культурних, житлово-комунальних та побутових потреб населення. The article analyzes the main sources of funding for the social infrastructure sectors that can be distinguished today by analyzing the peculiarities of the functioning and development of the economy. Sources of financing social development of the village are allocating state and local budgets, extra budgetary and special funds, own accumulation of enterprises, organizations and citizens, credit resources, funds from privatization of property, charitable foundations, etc. An important lever of economic influence of economic entities and the state on the development of socio-economic processes in the agricultural sector is investment activity. The main objective of the social infrastructure reform at the local level is to maintain and ensure the effective functioning and further development of the service sector in order to meet the socio-cultural, housing and communal needs of the population.
