Новинні сайти як індикатор мовної ситуації в Україні (на прикладі веб-ресурсів Закарпаття)

Abstract

Мета статті – з'ясувати лінгвополітичну зорієнтованість популярних закарпатських новинних сайтів, що є показником мовної ситуації в найзахіднішому регіоні України. Посилює науковий інтерес до цієї теми те, що за багатьма характеристиками політологи та соціологи називають Закарпаття моделлю держави в мініатюрі. Проаналізовано нормативні документи та найновіші дослідження проблеми цілеспрямованого впливу владних органів на мовні питання української державної екзистенції упродовж ХХ ст. і в добу Незалежності та визначено роль у цьому процесі засобів масової інформації. Із використанням традиційних для теорії соціальних комунікацій моніторингу й ретроспективного аналізу проведено огляд онлайнових ЗМІ Закарпаття стосовно репрезентації в них питань мовного розвитку. За допомогою бібліографічно-описового методу та методу контент-аналізу новинних інтернет-ресурсів Закарпаття з'ясовано стан інтернетового медійного лінгвопростору регіону і основні тенденції його становлення й розвитку. Унаслідок спостережень зроблено висновок про те, що підтримка україномовної політики у закарпатських веб-ресурсах має позитивну динаміку. Підтверджено тезу, що для успішної реалізації зазначеної політики найвагомішими є заходи, які змінюють стереотипи використання мови в безлічі комунікативних інтеракцій. Доведено, що участь українських ЗМІ, особливо онлайнових, у процесах мовного реформування є визначальною.

The main aim of the article is to elucidate linguistic and political orientation of the popular Transcarpathian news sites, being the index of the language situation in the most western region of Ukraine. The scholarly interest in the above mentioned theme is intensified by the fact, that due to a number of characteristics, the office politicians and sociologists name the Transcarpathia as the model of the state in miniature. The normative documents and the most up-to-date researches of the problem of the purposeful influence of the authoritative bodies on the language issues of the Ukrainian state existence throughout the 20-th century and in the Age of Independence as well as the role of mass media in this process have been analyzed. On the basis of using traditional monitoring for the theory of social communications and retrospective analysis the review of on line mass media information in the Transcarpathia, concerning the representation of language issues in them, has been performed. With the help of bibliographic and descriptive methods as well as the method of content-analysis of the internet resource news in the Transcarpathia, the state of the internet media linguistic area of the Region and basic tendencies of its formation and development have been elucidated. As a result of observation a conclusion is drawn that supporting Ukrainian language policy in the Transcarpathian web-resources has a positive dynamics. The thesis has been confirmed that for the successful realization of the above mentioned policy the most important are those measures, which change the stereotypes of using language in the countless numbers of communicative interactions. The participation of Ukrainian mass media, especially on line ones, in the process of language reformation has been proved to be decisive.
