Розроблення принципів фінансового забезпечення інноваційного процесу АПК на засадах системності

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості розроблення принципів фінансового забезпечення інноваційного про- цесу в АПК на засадах системності. Визначено, що єдину систему його принципів становлять принципи системності фінансування, фінансового забезпечення АПК, інноваційності та розроблення інновацій, інноваційного процесу АПК. Синтез та декомпозиція окреслених принципів встановили системний зв’язок «вхід – процес – вихід» та довели можливість їх виконання як рекомендацію до дії. Доведено, що наведена схема принципів фінансового забезпечення інноваційного процесу в АПК є концептуально новою та максимально наближеною до окресленої принципами дефініції.

The publication considers the features of development of the principles of financial support of the innovation process in the agroindustrial complex on the basis of systemicity. It is determined that the only system of its principles is the principles of systematic financing, financial provision of agroindustrial complex, innovation process of agro-industrial complex. Synthesis and decomposition of the above principles established the systemic link «input-process-output» and proved the possibility of their implementation as a recommendation to action. It is proved that ьthe presented scheme of principles of financial provision of the innovation process in the agroindustrial complex is conceptually new and as close as possible to the defined principles of the definition.
