Психолого-корекційний компонент професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців: констатувальний етап наукового дослідження

Abstract

У статті розкрито важливість психологічного компоненту у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців з підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності. На основі аналізу наукової літератури розкрито психологічний портрет підлітків, їх якості та мотивацію до майбутньої професії. Метою статті стало визна- чення змісту психолого-корекційної складової професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців. Завдання до- слідження: з’ясувати роль психологічного компоненту як складової професійної компетентності; визначити стан психологічної готовності до підприємницької діяльності за окремими методиками; розкрити деякі шля- хи формування психологічної готовності майбутніх фахівців з підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяль- ності. Методи: аналіз, спостереження, тестування, опитування. Дібрано методики наукового дослідження: «Тест для визначення готовності до підприємницької діяльності»; «Тест-опитувальник для визначення рівня професійної спрямованості (РПС) студентів» та подано результати їх проведення. В опитуванні взяли участь респонденти за різними освітніми ступенями: молодший спеціаліст, бакалавр, магістр. Автором запропоно- вано окремі шляхи формування психологічної готовності майбутніх фахівців з підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності.

The article reveals the importance of the psychological component in the training of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the psychological portrait of adolescents, their qualities and motivation for the future profession are revealed. The purpose of the article was to determine the content of the psychological and correction component of the professional competence of future specialists. Objectives of the study: to find out the role of the psychological component as a component of professional competence; determine the state of psychological readiness for entrepreneurial activity by separate methods; to reveal some ways of forming the psychological readiness of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities. Methods: analysis, observation, testing, surveys. Author`s professional experience shows that the introduction of individual subjects of the economic cycle (for example, «Business Ethics») contributes to some extent to the formation of economic thinking and create a psychological portrait of the entrepreneur. In the process of teaching observation of relationship between professional competence and psychological readiness of the individual to future performance was conducted. The methods of scientific research are determined: «Test for determination of readiness for entrepreneurial activity»; «A test-questionnaire for determining the level of professional orientation (PPS) of students» and the results of their conduct are presented. The survey was attended by students at different educational levels: junior specialist, bachelor, master. The author proposed some ways of creating psychological readiness of future specialists in business, trade and exchange activities, press conferences, contests, games, business simulations, discussions, and more. An example of a business simulation that develops students' critical thinking, volitional and leadership skills is presented.
