| dc.description | In 108 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities was performed the analysis of results of surgical treatment. Crossectomy with endovenous laser ablation was performed at 95(88,0%) patients, Babcock’s operation with endovenous laser ablation – at 13 (12,0%)patients. Endovenous laser treatmen (EVLT) is effective way of treatment for patients with varicose veins of lower extremities. EVLT is day case surgical operation. EVLT under ultrasound control is minimally invasive and maximally safe way of treatment for patients with varicose veins of lower extremities with significant cosmetic effect.
