Дискурс-портрет американського блогера Фіони Циткін

Abstract

Стаття присвячена встановленню дискурс-портрета американського блогера Фіони Циткін на прикладі її блогів, які є складовою частиною медійного дискурсу. Методологічною базою дослідження слугував метод дискурс-портре- тування, запропонований І. Ухвановою-Шмиговою. Встановлено дискурс-портрет блогера за основними комуніка- тивними категоріями дискурсу, реалізованими в моделі комунікативної адресантно-адресатної взаємодії: самоіден- тифікації / самопрезентації, пріоритету теми / адресата, категорії часу, місця / простору, інтертекстуальності, місії, контакту з аудиторією, лінгвістичного статусу, співвідношення «міф – реальність».

The article focuses on the identifying the discourse-portrait of American blogger Fiona Citkin. The merit of methodological model of discourse-portraiting is that it proved to be applicable to describing fully and clearly the portrait of the speaker. The said discourse-portrait method involves identifying categories. The chief of these are: self-identification, thematic priority, addressee priority, time and space relation, intertextuality, mission, linguistic status, ‘myth-reality’ correlation. In addition the carried out research reveals specific features of Fiona Citkin’s character. Our conclusions are checked against the examples of speaking behaviour of the blogger in question. We used illustrations drawn from Fiona Citkin’s blogs. The article is organized around three main domains: theories, facts, conclusions.
