Сучасний стан і розвиток сільськогосподарської кооперації в контексті глобалізації: зарубіжний досвід для України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасний стан сільськогосподарської кооперації в Україні. Визначено і розкрито основні форми прояву глобалізації в сільськогосподарській кооперації України. Оцінено вплив глобалізаційних про- цесів на сучасний стан сільськогосподарської кооперації в країні. Узагальнено провідний світовий досвід розвитку кооперації в аграрному секторі та окреслено перспективи його використання в Україні. Висвітлено закономірності й тенденції розвитку системи кооперації у провідних країнах світу. Доведено необхідність розроблення та впровадження теоретичних засад і практичних рекомендацій щодо створення і розвитку кооперативних формувань, які ґрунтуються на зарубіжному та вітчизняному досвіді, з урахуванням нинішньої економічної та соціальної ситуації на селі. Визна- чено тенденції розвитку кооперативних процесів в агропромисловому комплексі України. На основі світового досвіду визначено переваги від створення кооперативних об’єднань та переваги їх функціонування в Україні. Надано реальну оцінку стану аграрної кооперації в Україні, визначено причини, які стримують її розвиток, й обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно перспектив вітчизняної сільськогосподарської кооперації в умовах глобалізації.

In the articles expounded pressing questions of development of co-operation in agriculture of Ukraine. The types of the cooperative formings are considered and the estimation of results of their functioning is given. World experience of development of agricultural cooperation is also considered. The article deals with the basic aspects of agricultural cooperatives as a necessary form of association of Ukrainian villages and factors hindering cooperation in Ukraine. Also, in the article essence of concept «corporation», its role and value, is exposed for development of agroindustrial enterprises. The features of development of cooperation on a village and influence of this process are certain on development of rural territories of Ukraine, and grant of recommendations, in relation to the decision of separate problem questions which selection in the process of this research. The basic problems of co-operative association are reflected and ways are offered in relationto theirovercoming. Use of cooperation as perspective direction of entrepreneurial activity on a village will enable to promote efficiency of forming and use: production potential due to the acceleration of update of the fixed assets; point-of-sale potential due to stability of connections between private associations; human potential due to creation of additional possibilities for preparation of new skilled workers in-plant training already workings; innovative potential due to including in the complement of the computer-integrated forming of research subsections. The influence of globalization processes on the current state of agricultural co-operation in the country is estimated. Overview leading global experience of cooperation in the agricultural sector and outlines the prospects for its use in Ukraine. The regularities and tendencies of the system of cooperation in the leading countries of the world are elucidated. The necessity of development and implementation of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations is proved on the creation and development of cooperative formation, which are based on foreign and domestic experiences, taking into account the current economic and social situation in the countryside. The tendencies of development of cooperative processes in the agro industrial complex of Ukraine are determined. Based on world experience, the advantages of creating cooperative associations and the advantages of their functioning in Ukraine are determined. Provided a real assessment of agricultural cooperatives in Ukraine, the reasons that hinder its development and reasonable proposals on the prospects of the domestic agricultural cooperation under globalization.
