Регламентація права на безпеку в універсальних актах з прав людини в аспекті захисту учасників міжнародного кримінального судочинства

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано положення універсальних міжнародно-правових актів, а саме: Хартії прав людини, конвенцій, резолюцій, рекомендацій, прийнятих Генеральною Асамблеєю ООН, Економічною та Соціальною Радою ООН, доповідей Програми розвитку ООН, рішень Конгресів ООН із запобігання злочинності й поводження з правопорушниками (Конгресів ООН із запобігання злочинності й кримінального правосуддя) – щодо закріплення права на безпеку; приділено увагу праву на забезпечення безпеки учасників міжнародного кримінального судочинства.

In this article it was analyzed the provisions of the universal international legal acts: Charter of human rights conventions, the resolutions, recommendations adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations and Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, reports of the United Nations Development Programme, decisions of the United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and the Treatment of Offenders (United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and criminal justice) for the right to security; it was focused on the issue of human security in the international criminal justice system.
