Конституційно–правові принципи здійснення зовнішньої політики України

Abstract

У статті проведено комплексний аналіз принципів, що лежать в основі конституційно-правового механізму здійснення зовнішньої політики України. Особлива увага приділяється вивченню норм Конституції, які стосуються взаємодії внутрішнього та міжнародного права та принципів їх узгодження.

The article conducted a comprehensive analysis of the principles underlying the constitutional and legal mechanism of Ukraine foreign policy. Special attention is paid to the studying Constitution norms relating to the interaction of domestic and international law and principles of their agreement. The purpose of this article is a thorough study of the principles underlying the constitutional and legal mechanism of foreign policy and their relationship with the principles of international law. After analyzing principles underlying the constitutional and legal mechanism of Ukraine’s foreign policy, the author came to the conclusion that they are all essential and complementary
