dc.description.abstractThe paper deals with the discrete functions over a Galois field. We give the necessary and sufficient condition of discrete functions decomposition in group characters. The notion of neural element over a Galois field is introduced and the criterion of discrete functions realizability on a single neuron is proved in the paper. We also propose a spectral synthesis method over a finite field.uk
