Міжнародний туризм як чинник європейської інтеграції України: сьогодення та майбутнє

Abstract

У статті висвітлено основні тенденції розвитку міжнародного ринку туристичних послуг в Україні натепер та в майбутньому. Досліджено вплив інтеграційних процесів та глобалізаційних перетворень на розвиток туристичної діяльності в Україні. За допомогою статистичних методів показано динаміку основних показників діяльності туристичної галузі у період 2016–2019 рр. та їхній вплив на ефективність розвитку цієї сфери. Доведено необхідність співробітництва України та країн ЄС у туристичній галузі. Розглянуто інноваційний проект «25 магнітів» щодо перетворення України на «магніт для інвесторів». Проаналізовано інвестиційну привабливість Черкащини, основні дестинації регіону та створення туристичного центру «Другий Єрусалим». Визначено напрями державної політики, що сприятимуть розвитку в’їзного і виїзного туризму та нарощенню туристичного потенціалу України.

In the early XXI century, international tourism became a powerful component of economic development and a factor in shaping the image of many countries in the world. Active and purposeful development of the international tourism sphere has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of citizens, reducing staff turnover, will contribute to significant replenishment of budgets of different levels, protection and efficient use of natural resources, positively influence the strength- ening of Ukraine's authority at the international level, deepening and enhancing its cooperation. in today's extremely difficult conditions. International tourism plays a significant role in the socio-economic life of countries and peoples, and is a catalyst for enhancing international cooperation. The practice of recent years shows that the demand for tourist services in Ukraine is formed mainly in European countries, where the main tourist block is the EU. Increasing volumes, and most importantly, im- proving the quality of tourist services can become one of the main factors in the practical realization of Ukraine's aspirations to become a full participant in the European integration processes. In this context, Ukraine needs to take into account and adopt the tourism experience of the more developed countries of the world, especially the EU countries, which have achieved significant success in this matter. The influence of integration processes and globalization transformations on the development of tourism in Ukraine is investigated. Using statistical methods, the dynamics of the main indicators of the tourism industry in the period from 2016–2019 is shown. and their influence on the development efficiency of this sphere. The necessity of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the tourism industry is proved. The innovative project “25 magnets” on the transformation of Ukraine into a “magnet for investors” is considered. The investment attractiveness of the Cherkasy region, the main destinations of the region and the creation of a tourist center "Second Jerusalem" are analyzed. The directions of state policy that contribute to the development of inbound and outbound tourism to build the tourism potential of Ukraine are determined.
