ЕФЕКТИВНА СУДОВА ВЛАДА ЯК ОСНОВА ФОРМУВАННЯ СУДОВОГО КОНСТИТУЦІОНАЛІЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню ефективної судової влади як основи фор- мування судового конституціоналізму в Україні. Автором у межах теоретико- методологічного напряму досліджено становлення судового права. У межах практичного напряму проаналізовано формування усталеної судової практики, проблеми виконання рішень та висновків органу конституційної юрисдикції.

The article is devoted to the study of effective judicial power as the basis for the formation of judicial constitutionalism in Ukraine. The author is investigating the formation of judicial law within the limits of theoretical and methodological direction. Within the practical direction, the formation of the established judicial practice, the problem of implementation of decisions and conclusions of the body of constitutional jurisdiction is analyzed.
