Abstract

Стаття присвячена теоретичним питанням у сфері суспільних відносин з приводу відновлення земель. Акцентована увага на окремих особливостях суспільних відносин у сфері відновлення земель. Зроблено висновок, що суспільні відносини, які виникають щодо відновлення земель, належать до предмета земельного права.

The article is devoted to theoretical questions in the field of public relations in connection with the restoration of lands. The attention is paid to certain peculiarities of public relations in the field of land restoration. It is concluded that the public relations that arise in restoring the lands are a component of the subject of land law.
