ТЕОРЕТИКО-ПРАВОВА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА СПІВДІЇ МІЖНАРОДНОГО КОНВЕНЦІЙНО-ІНСТИТУЦІЙНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ТА СИСТЕМИ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРАВ І СВОБОД ОСІБ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ

Abstract

У статті з’ясовано сутність і визначено функції міжнародного конвенційно-інституційного механізму забезпечення прав людини. Розглянуто основні напрями його взаємодії з вітчизняною системою адміністративно-правового забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю. Запропоновано конкретні напрями виконання міжнародних зобов’язань у частині дотримання положень Конвенції ООН про права осіб з інвалідністю.

In the article essence is found out and the functions of international quarantinable institutional mechanism of providing of human rights are certain. Basic directions of his cooperating are considered with the home system of the administrative legal providing of rights and freedoms of persons with disability. Concrete directions of implementation of international obligations are offered in part of observance of positions of Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
