МІЖКОНФЕСІЙНІ ВІДНОСИНИ ЯК ОБ’ЄКТ КОНСТИТУЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Розкрито сутність та зміст міжконфесійних відносин. Проведено теоретико-методологічний аналіз категорії «об’єкт конституційно-правового регулювання». Визначено особливості конституційно-правового регулювання міжконфесійних відносин. Проведено системний аналіз положень Конституції України щодо регулювання міжконфесійних відносин.

There were disclosed the essence and content of interfaith relations. It was made an analysis of a theoretical and methodological essence of the category «the object of constitutional and legal regulation». The features of the constitutional legal adjusting of interfaith relations were defined. It was also made a systematic analysis of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine regarding the adjusting of interfaith relations.
