Abstract

Автор досліджує окремі елементи міжнародної системи захисту прав людини. Стаття присвячена висвітленню поняття та структури сучасної системи міжнародної кримінальної юстиції. Доводиться, що міжнародне кримінальне правосуддя являє собою діяльність щодо застосування міжнародного права, тих його юридичних норм і принципів, які мають основоположне значення для забезпечення миру, захисту особи та життєво важливих інтересів міжнародного співтовариства від особливо небезпечних для людської цивілізації порушень принципів і норм міжнародного права.

The author examines some elements of the international system of human rights protection. The article is devoted to highlighting the concept and structure of the modern system of international criminal justice. Proved international criminal justice is an activity on the application of international law, of its legal rules and principles that are fundamental to peace, protect people and vital interests of the international community of highly dangerous for human civilization violations of the principles and norms of international law.
