ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СФЕРИ ДІЇ ТРУДОВОГО ПРАВА НА ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ПРАЦІ ЧЛЕНІВ ВИРОБНИЧИХ КООПЕРАТИВІВ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено питанню сфери дії трудового законодавства на регламентування праці членів виробничих кооперативів. У результаті вивчення позицій науковців, законодавчого забезпечення за темою дослідження автор дійшов висновку, що відносини в галузі праці членів виробничих кооперативів входять до сфери дії трудового права, але з урахуванням специфіки їхньої роботи.

The article is devoted to the question of the scope of labor legislation for the regulation of labor members of production cooperatives. The author, investigating the position of scholars, legislative support on the subject of the study, concluded that the relations in the field of labor members of production cooperatives are within the scope of labor law, but taking into account the specifics of their work.
