ПРАВА ЗАРЕЄСТРОВАНИХ ВНУТРІШНЬО ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИХ ОСІБ У СФЕРІ ПЕНСІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано права зареєстрованих внутрішньо переміщених осіб на пенсійне забезпечення; визначено основні аспекти соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб; окреслено особливості соціального захисту ВПО у сфері пенсійного забезпечення; конкретизовані доповнення та зміни, що пропонується внести до Закону «Про загальнообов’якове державне пенсійне страхування» для внутрішньо переміщених осіб в Україні; розглянуті умови порядку призначення пенсій ВПО.

The article describes the rights of registered internally displaced persons to pensions. The main aspects of social support for internally displaced persons are defined. The features of social protection of HIP in the field of pension provision are outlined. Specified additions and changes proposed to introduce to the Law “On Obligatory State Pension Insurance” for internally displaced persons in Ukraine. Conditions of the procedure for the appointment of HIP pensions are considered.
