| dc.description | The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of the formation of social protection of children. The essence of the concepts of "child protection", "social protection of children" has been considered. Much attention is focused on solving the problems of childhood in modern Ukraine, which is inextricably linked with the process of humanization of society that involves humanizing its most important institution - the institution of social protection of children. The expediency and the need to improve the social protection of children in Ukraine has been revealed: child state social policy; special public- public children's programs -; improvement of the legal and children's rights ; create a social service or special services for the protection of children's rights. | dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано теоретичні основи становлення соціального захисту дитинства. Уточнено сутність понять “захист дитинства”, “соціальний захист дитинства”. Акценто-вано увагу на вирішенні проблем дитинства в сучасній Україні, які нерозривно пов'язані із процесами гуманізації суспільства, яка припускає гуманізацію найважливішого його інституту - інституту соціального захисту дитинства. Обґрунтовано до-цільність та необхідність удосконалення системи соціального захисту дитинства в Україні: здійснення державної соціальної дитячої політики; проведення спеціальних державно-громад-ських дитячих програм; удосконалення законодавчого забезпе-чення і захисту прав дітей; створення соціальної служби або спеціальних служб з питань захисту прав дитини. Ключові слова: захист прав дітей, соціальний захист ди-тинства, становлення системи соціального захисту дитин-ства, гуманізація суспільства. | uk |
