(банкрутства). The article is devoted to the investigation of the institution of arbitration management and its subject of legal regulation. The article analyzes the theoretical and practical features of this institute. Also, was investigated its structural elements. It is substantiated that the arbitration administration is a legal institution, which is a component of the law of insolvency (bankruptcy). |
