dc.description.abstractMathematical modeling is performed in order to analyze the effects of technological errors originated from partial inhomogeneity, variations of the refractive index and the differences in geometric thickness of layers with high refractive index on spectral characteristics of narrow- and wide-band filters. Using a Monte Carlo method the influence of technological errors on optical parameters of the layers and their influences on spectral characteristics of interference filters are investigated and discusses in details.uk
