Національна свідомість як визначний чинник українського державотворення в період першої половини ХХ століття: постановка проблеми

Abstract

Development of the national knowledge of state in the modern conditions of the Ukrainian nation needs the revaluation of legal and political values. The system of moral, ethical, ethnopolitical and state making factors needs revaluation from the old stereotypes to the overwhelming of the national values with the keeping to the nation creating rules. It is also important to understand the role of the national consciousness in the development of the Ukrainian state making in the first half of the XXth century.
