Роль Хорватії у процесі розпаду СФРЮ

Abstract

In article author considers the role of Croatia, as one of the six republics of former SFRY in disintegration of federation. Author proves, that process of active participation of Croatia in decomposition of Yugoslavia is first of all explained by the internal reasons - interests of political elite of republic, which craved for getting rid of burdening economies of underdeveloped regions of federation and the considerable common military budget. However heading toward this, Croatian leadership has committed serious mistakes in the national politics, has cleft a society and as a result promoted development of the long military conflict in the region.
