Кондомініум в Україні: історія та перспективи

Abstract

У статті розглядається історія правового регулювання кондомініуму в Україні. Аналізуються основні нормативно-правові акти з цих питань та робиться висновок про шляхи розвитку даного інституту від 90-х років до сьогодення. Висвітлюються як позитивні наслідки створення кондомініуму, так і можливі при цьому складнощі. Наводяться пропозиції по впровадженню конкретних заходів для масової появи кондомініумів в Україні як перспективного напрямку для розвитку житлової сфери.

The агtісІе discusses the history of legal regulation of а condominium іn Ukraine. lt analyses the main normative­legal acts оn these issues, and makes the conclusion about the ways of development of this institution from the 90s to the present day. Highlights both the positive impacts of the establishment of condominium and possible the complexity. Contains proposals for the implementation of concrete measures for the mass appearance of condominiums in Ukraine as а perspective direction for development of the housing sphere.
