Юридичні особи в системі суб’єктів адміністративного права України, обсяг їхньої правоздатності та дієздатності

Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання щодо класифікації юридичних осіб - суб'єктів адміністративного права, за обсягами їх правоздатності та дієздатності. Запропоновано поділити всі суб'єкти адміністративного права - юридичні особи на три групи, в залежності від обсягу їх правоздатності і дієздатності та можливості змінювати обсяг правоздатності та дієздатності.
