| dc.description | Providing conditions for capacity building of regional self-development is the basis for strengthening their competitive positions, storage of strategic potential and reducing financial dependence on the centre. The definition of "selfdevelopment potential of the region" on the basis of forming the motivation of the region to accumulate and effective use of complex resources is clarified. Slowing and accelerating factors of regional self-developmentand criteria for regional self-development, such as: self-organization, self-sufficiency, self-management are defined. These factors are conditions of self-development at the same time. | dc.description.abstract | Забезпечення умов для формування потенціалу саморозвитку регіонів є базою для зміцнення їх конкурент- них позицій,акумулювання стратегічного потенціалу та зменшення фінансової залежності від центру. Уточнено дефініцію «потенціал саморозвитку регіону» на основі формування вмотивованості регіону до акумулювання та ефективного використання комплексу ресурсів. Визначено гальмуючі та прискорюю- чі чинники саморозвитку регіонів, а також критерії саморозвитку регіонів, а саме: самоорганізація, са- мофінансування, самоуправління, самодостатність, які одночасно виступають умовами саморозвитку. Ключові слова: регіон, потенціал саморозвитку, базовий й акумулюючий потенціал, структура потенці- алу саморозвитку, чинники, критерії. | uk |
