Abstract

In the article it is shown how in result of entry of Transcarpathia to the structure of Soviet Ukraine and creation in January 1946 in place of specific administrative - territorial unit of an ordinary region, the so-called Socialist legislation was introduced and new public authorities and state management initiated. Communist government actually formed deputy tank of the Soviets of all levels, and free of alternative single-party elections helped to reach the aim. Simultaneously it is marked, that launch pad for totalitary regime in the region was initiated with the help of "propagandists," and “organizers” sent from East, yet during the activity of peop!e”s committees in 1944-1945.
