Роль интеллектуальных центров в подготовке политических решений и в законотворчестве

Abstract

In the article the role of intellectual centres in preparation of political resolutions and in legislation is analyzed. The author keeps to the concept, that after the elections of 1990 this tendency has especial value, therefore the publicists named the government headed by Antal, “the government of historians ". In the publication the analysis of the main directions of activity of all four branches of authority in Hungary is given, the accent is being made on positive and negative moments.
