Загальне поняття кримінальної детермінації та детермінація вуличної злочинності

Abstract

У статті розкривається поняття кримінальної детермінації. Причини вуличної злочинності розділені на біологічні (генетичні) та соціальні. Приведені думки вчених щодо кожної концепції причин злочинності. Наведені основні детермінанти вуличних злочинів, проаналізовано соціальні умови життя суспільства. Значну увагу приділено мотивації вуличної злочинної поведінки неповнолітніх, а також впливу на них дорослих злочинців.

The concept of criminal determination is provided in the article. The street crime causes аrе divided into biological (genetic) and social types. The scientists' points of view оn the each concept of crime causes аrе presented. The main determinants of street crimes аrе provided, as well as analysis of the conditions of social life is conducted. Considerable attention is given to the motivation of criminal behavior of juveniles in the street, and the impact of the adult offenders is researched too.
