Судова система Російської імперії напередодні реформи 1864 року

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду проблем, що iснували у сферi судочинства в Росiйськiй iмперії в першiй половинi XIX ст. i якi призвели до необхiдностi проведення судової реформи. Розглядаються види судiв, їx пiдсуднiсть, теорiя формальних доказiв. The article is dedicated to the problems which were in а sphere of judicial proceedings in the Russian Empire in the 1st part of XIX century. These probems led to the necessity of holding the judicial reform which was fixed in the Legal Statutes (November 20 1864). The types of courts, their jurisdiction аге described in details, the theory of formal proofs is analyzed.
