Статья посвящена исследованию влияния судебной практики на развитие института признания государств как субъектов международного права и правительств как законных представителей государств на международной арене. The article investigates the influence of judicial practice on the development of the institution of recognition of states as subjects of international law and the government as the legitimate representatives of the states in the international arena.
