Abstract

We used the white mouse during investigation of the toxicity and anaesthetic property of the new derivatives of the chlorohydrat n-aminobenzoic acidum ester 4-(diethyl-amino­methyl)-2,5-heptadiin-4-ol (1), chlorohydгat n-aminobenzoic acidum ester 4-tret.butyl-2,5- heptadiin-4-ol (IV), chlorohydrat benzoic acidum ester 5-(diethyl-amino-methyl)-2,2,8,8- tetramethyl-3,6-nonadiin-5-ol (III), chlorohydrat benzoic acidum ester 4-(diethylamino­methyl)-2,6-dimethyl-2,5-heptadien-4-ol (IV), chlorohydrat 5-(diethylaminomethyl)-2,2,8,8- tetramethyl-3,6-nonadiin-5-ol (V) comparatively to the novocain I, II, III has half of the toxicity of the novocain; and the anaestetic's effectiveness is equal to the novocain's anasthezia. The toxicity of the V is equal to novocain's toxicity, but the animals perished on 90 min later them from the equal doses of the novocain; the duration of the anaestezia it higher on 18-27 %- The toxicity of the IV is larger in to 3 time, the duration of the anaesthesia is on the 36-63 % higher in comparatively with novocain. III, V may bе to recomendaided as а local anaesthetic's after the deeply investigations. We find some regularity of the dependence of the chemical structure from them anaesthetic's property and toxicity.
