Система податкових органів у контрольних правовідносинах

Abstract

У статті аналізується проблема статусу податкових органів в складі контрольних правовідносин. На основі аналізу літератури і законодавства досліджуються зміни у системі контролюючих органів у сфері оподаткування. З врахуванням кращого зарубіжного досвіду вносяться пропозиції з удосконалення законодавства у сфері податкових контрольних правовідносин.

The problem of the tax authorities' status іn the structure of control legal relations is analyzed іn the article. On the basis of the literature and legislation analysis changes in the system of the control tax authorities аrе searched. Taking into account the best foreign experience the ways of improvement of the legislation in the sphere of tax legal relations are proposed.
